Floors, ah the dilemma... We thought about going with tile but that is a lot of disruption and cost and everyone says it's horrible when you drop something on the tile.
So Chris has convinced me to keep the wood floors, they will get refinished throughout the first floors (a must after 10 years of abuse!)
Now I need to convince him to stain them darker than they are today, we'll see where I get with that.
